i asked my colleague during our coffee break, because they keep talking about stress in there current post, if a employee newly assigned to certain post found himself/herself in a situation which has made their job become unbearable and employer denied his/her request of have the previous post, and quiting his/her job afterwards because of stress that causes it, can employee seek from an employment solicitor about taking legal action againts employer?
