I'm actually a bit excited. I was browsing around online looking for anime related news and saw this little blurb about the new anime series for this winter. I was looking at them and couldn't help but think that there are some potentially good shows coming out. I'm actually looking forward to some of these. If you want to check out the summaries as well as image, go here: www.animenews.biz/wp-content/uploads/2009/11/winter2009-2010animeseason.jpg -Durarara! (coming out in January) sounds interesting because it's by the same creator of Baccano! which I loved. I can only hope that this one will be as funny. -Nodame Cantabile Finale (coming out on January 14th) should be good too. It's a continuation of the previous anime series. -Katanagatari has this unique looking art to it and the story sounds interesting. There's going to be some sword fighting so that's something to look forward to. There are a couple more interesting looking shows so I can't wait until January rolls around. Anyone see anything they might find to their liking on there?

Butlers! -Okami Kakushi -Kaitou Reinya -Hanamaru Kindergarten -Nodame no Cantabile Finale -Chowder -Seikon no Qwayser -Hidamari sketch -Katanagatari (I know it's already on your list but this anime particularly interested me because it's all over Japan's news just because the OP song was leaked in advance XD) -Omamori Himari -Heart Catch PreCure -Cobra the animation: the six braves You might want to add these on your list :) For Nodame Cantabile, the staffs announced that they will make a live-action for these anime. I just hope they make the story better than the anime.

Oh, so they are making another live-action for Nodame Cantabile? That's really cool. I enjoyed the first one a lot.

Only Durarara catches my interest.. mainly because it's by the creater of Baccano and I simply love Baccano!! As for Nodame, I was pretty disappointed with the second season (paris hen) so I not very motivated to watch it.

Yeah, anime refers to Japanese animation. These shows I mentioned aren't out yet though. They are going to be aired starting in January. As for them being subbed, it would depend on whether or not a subbing group picks up the series or not. It's very likely that they all will eventually be subbed. Dubbing is a different issue though. We might have to wait months or even years for some company to pick it up.
