Do you have an Exercise workout schedule?

Hello Mylot friends this is checkmail and am starting this discussion over the workout schedule of our exercises.The Exercise workout schedule is regarded as an imp element in our exercise routine, without which proper exercises aren't possible.Most of us do workout in gyms but in an scheduled manner, means there is an sequence for doing exercises as well as time limit for every exercises, as well as sometimes counts taken into considerations.Our Exercise workout schedule plays an imp role in our total physical fitness and health, as it have the whole details and summary about our exercises.Even starting exercise with the help of exercise workout schedule helps in saving time and energy for some beginers and also our exercises remains in our control.So what about you? Do you have any workout schedule of your own?

To be quite honest I haven't been able to really stick to one. I try to devote at least an hour or two a day to some form of exercise, but Its not easy to stay motivated for me.

Hello kaylachan this is checkmail and thanks for responding to the discussion of excercises and its workout schedule and ahsring in your experience with us.Well its good to know that you have been regularly doing exercises, must have benefited your health.And you just need to put in more willigness to do it without any break in it.Anyways keep it up.

I do excercise regularly, but I find that if I make a strict schedule for myself it gets to become something I dread. I like dancing or talking walks somewhat spontaneously everyday.

Hello olisaur this is checkmail and thanks for responding to the discusison of exercises, its workout schedule and sharing in your experience about it.Well if we follow a schedule workout whatever our exercise is.We would be able to gain more benefits from that exercises than earlier, when moving without workout schedule.Well its good to dance and walk, it increases our flexibility and stamina to some levels.Keep it up.

hello friend...u r becoming too much health conscious these days..there is a series of discussions related to health...earlier..do u exercise regularly, then...sugar free...then laughter...and now work out...I think you have decided to do Ph.D in health matters.. may God bless you with perfect health..physically and mentally both..the later one that is mental health..is gaining more attention these days due to stressful life styles and very few are blessed with worry less life.....happy mylotting..happy earnings...

Hello eshaan this is checkmail and it always to good to start the discussion with some knowledge as well as adv topics.Yeah i tried just like the newspaper to keep an post over health, but by your response it seems am too fast.Well i will be slowing doen now will post only once in a week the topic about health and exercises.But in todays disucssion of exercise workout is an imp thing in our healthy life.If not followed properly everything goes waste.So just want to spread some more awareness among Mylot friends about this exercises and its stuffs.Happy Mylotting.
