Verifying paypal through Debit Card

Can i use Axis bank's Debit Card to verify my paypal account???

No such that the verified paypal through debit card but debit or credt card through payout from paypal account money.... thank you

I got mine using Netspend debit card, and they DO NOT! Charge me for most transactions! I've never seen a $3 charge? In fact after my card was used a few times I asked for a PayPal debit card and got it a week latter. It's a Mastercaed and I use it all the time! It's a great card! tdemex

only certain cards can be verifiefd and be carfeul with a real debit card becuase every time you sumit verifty they charge you like 3 dollars
