GIRLS ONLY! What do you ladies like about guys? Also, what you dislike about us. What kind of personality would you prefer, and what a guys should or you want them to say to you? What do girls like about guys? Please explain in detail, but not too long, and clearly as well.

This is a cliché for a reason, but his personality is really important. Beauty fades (and is ill-defined), but a good sense of humor, a kind heart, and gentle soul will remain with him. That makes him sexy and beautiful! And someone we'd want to grow old with.
What I dislike... extreme immaturity. Being young at heart is good, but if he's constantly acting like a 10 year old boy, it gets annoying fast.
