a huge number of females suffer from menstrual pain - and it's no joke. share your thoughts here. i feel yah, girl...

I don't know if that is what I have or not. But My ovaries hurt so bad, That time of the month. Not to speak about the cramps I get. Sometime I wish I was a man, just so I didn't have to deal with still.

oh i understand your sentiments. try taking pain relievers when it happens. our monthly period shouldn't be robbing us of fun, but when it strikes painfully - we are debilitated! anyway, do some exercises as well...walking briskly helps..

I use pain aids, and heat. walking lol I want to be in a ball and not move.
