How did you cope with healing everyday if the pain is just as fresh as the air you breath. In every...shattered relationship, death of a friend...love ones or family...we need to heal in order to bear the pain and start a new life. So...how did you cope with the pain...what kind of healing you embrace just to survive and forget the pain? Please share...thanks.

Healing takes time When we injure our bodies or even have a surgery we know it takes time for the wound to heal. We know it because the doctor tells us so and we don’t question his word. We just expect it to happen. We follow doctor’s instructions and watch the days go by for the wound to heal. But when it comes to the wounds of the heart, things are a bit different. No one has a perfect “recipe” for it; therefore no one can tell you how long it will take until the wound is healed. In some cases it can take longer than we expect. Remember that the first step in order to heal a broken heart is the acknowledgement and the acceptance of the “wound”. And something even more important: don’t stop after the first step! Go on and find a way out and then wait for the heart to “heal”. But don’t expect it to happen over night! Sometimes it takes longer to heal a broken heart than a physical injury! Just maker sure you don’t get stuck in your sorrow, but let time do the healing!
