Hi MyLotters :D So I heard about this company in France, who has made some products from breast milk. Yes, you hear right. Milk from a mothers breasts! Of course with permision.. But my question to you guys is then: Would you eat it? Would you eat a cheese made from breast milk? Personally, I would not eat it. My thought was: "nasty," and that kind of says a lot!

That is amazing, isn't it. And no, I don't think I would eat it (unless it was my own milk)! Actually it is interesting, because the fact that it seems so unnatural makes one think that really, cheese from COW'S milk is unnatural too. I remember one "health" book I read years ago (May have been "Fit for Life" by the Diamonds) said milk was not meant for humans and said 'imagine yourself actually suckling from a cow!' to make the point of it being unnatural. Really, milk is intended to be drunk fresh, by the young of the same species. On the other hand, it does provide a good source of nutrition. And cows make more milk than their calves need. So maybe cow's milk is ok. But NOT human milk!
