"Ok question...do you go with your instinct or do you just wait and see what happens?" And that is all the information you have what would your answer be? Yes this happened to me today. My answer was "go with your gut..I have often been disappointed with the wait and see approach" However I wish she had given me more information! Later she says she wishes she had gone with her gut... still I am left to wonder what s going on. Don't you hate that? lol

I donth my gut ,hard cold facts is a better motivator but if thate the only thing I have then I will go with my gut .I guess it also depends how much you trust your instincts and how well it has served you in the past but I like to think that our gut is God's way of communicating with us

For me I guess, I would have tried to find out more information about the situation if a friend or collegue is wanting some advice from me. Personally it is a hard thing to do when others come to you for advice. A lot of times they will sometimes try and use it against you when things get even worse, and even if the advice you give them helps them many times they act like it was their idea and they forget to Thank you as well. That is why I am cautious anymore about giving any type of advice to anyone.
