Who is The Best in the Cricket World "Sachin or Ponting"?

When it comes to batting I would say no one can match Sachin Tendulkar. He is the best player. Ponting can not be compared to him. Look at the number of matches that he has won single handedly for India. No other player in the world can do this.

It is one and only sachin the master. there is no substitute for him in the game. he is the only legend of the cricket. Beating his records is similar to living a happy life in hell. I think you can understand it. Sachin cannot be compared with a little man ricky. Even we can say that sachin is the god for the game called cricket.

It has to be sachin. He is miles ahead of Ricky though ricky is sneaking in close as far as test hundreds and test runs are concerned. Sachin is so far ahead in class and allround stroke making ability. That apart, his invincible record in ODI's can't be sidelined. He has more than 85 international 100's in comparison to Ponting's 65. He has an aggregate of 30K international runs in comparison to Punter's 23K. That's a hell lot of a difference between a No.1 and No.2. Sachin can be compared to Lara, not Ponting. Ponting should rather be compared to Dravid and Kallis. However, Ponting as a captain is very successful and sachin loses a lot of ground here. But if you are talking about batsmanship, then sachin is the better one.
