tasks tasks tasks... what if i made the wrong posting in the confirmation box???

i was so enthusiastic in accomplishing a task today. before i finalized it, i actually took some time understanding the instructions as it was confusing for me. because i believe there was a wrong use of word in the instructions. finally i thought i understood. in spite of all the time, i realized that when i submitted the confirmation, it was wrong. what shall i do??? i posted the wrong information in the confirmation box. anyways, i hope there will be no punishment for my account except not getting the credit of finishing the task. (Sigh)
