You have heard of stupid criminals well i have stupid neighbours and i mean really really stupid you just wont believe this. MY daughter-in-law is a Real Estate Agent so our silly neighbour came over last night to ask my daughter-in-law if she could find here a new home on acreage Well we were over the moon,she said her husband was getting a payout for an accident he had at work so with the sale of the house they could afford to buy acreage.This morning my daughter-in-law checked on there data base to value their home and it is still in the previous owners name so with further checking she did not buy the house next door they are only renting . My daughter-in-law rang the managing agent and told her the problems they have been causing us and as she knows my daughter-in-law and her reputation as being honest she is going to contact them today and tell them it has to stop immediately or they will be evicted and she told my-daughter-in-law that their lease will not be renewed in January,and the owners have decided not to sell as they will be returning in a couple of years.How good is that We never once questioned the fact that they had not bought the house .The owners have moved interstate for work and wanted to sell the house it was on the market foe months so when they moved in they told us they bought it. Can you imagine our shock when she came to the door and asked if my daughter-in-law would sell it for them .Did they not think that she would have to do checks and find out they don't own the house . How silly are they Our problem is solved.Thank you all for all your kind thoughts,words and advice
