Well. It depends. What kind of software did you plan on making? Also keep in mind findability is a big issue when it comes to a company nowadays. You'll want to be found not only in person(if it's a physical location), but on the internet as well. Also be unique, and don't try to be corny. Make your business sound professional. Basically if you answer all these questions you should be able to come up with some sort of business name. It doesn't have to be perfect. Plus, if it's successful enough you can always change the business name later on. Without more information I can't really have anything to suggest for ya'.

A lot will depend on what kind of start up are your looking for. Because naming of a company should be based on what activities the company does. If it is in Software services field then you can think of any number of names starting from SoftServ, ServSoft to options such as BizSoft etc. If you can give more details then probably we can suggest better names. depends on what your company does in regard to software. I would go with Secret Software at this point. Or AllWARE - The software that does it all. Good luck.
