ever had one of these friends? we've got this friend, whose wife is a memember of f.b. and spends his time bagging it out. complaining that f.b gave their computer a virus etc. then this morning i get a friend suggestion, from his wife for him. all i could do was sit there and laugh about it. like it's not as if any one twists your hand to join the site.
any one else had experiences like this?

F.B. giving out virus to computers?! then i must be panic because everyday i open my f.b. account... lol
anyway, regarding with this topic, i dont think that f.b can give you or anyones computer viruses, its not POSSIBLE...
probably one of the main reason there is that they access some site with Spam message or content and accidentally installed it in their computer...
for me f.b is one of the best friend networking and it gives more interesting with their fantastic apps. Farmville, Cafeworld etc...
Tell your friends to install some anti-virus or better update their anti-virus to fix their problem...

Thankfully no. I've been lucky to not have anything like that happen online through a social networking website. I can't say the same for real life however. I get my fair share of crap from the real life crap. I'm glad I don't have to deal with it online.
The most and closest thing I can relate to would be a message board I'm a staff member of. Members that don't want to comply with rules. But, with any comiuity setting you'll get some of those. If you're lucky it won't be nearly half as bad on a social networking website.
I would confront them and tell them if they feel that strongly they are more welcome to leave. You can find a more then polite way to handle the confertation.
