No, you will not.

Hi Umer! Post number 1 is correct. 
In addition to that, your earnings will not be given to you until February 28 of next year. So you have to refer more of your friends to earn $1 in each of them before December 31,2009.
Only Asian countries are eligible for it though. You can check my profile. I started a discussion about it.
