Grandchildren

I have 10 grandchildren of varying age from my 2 daughters one has 4 and the other has 6 which are younger. Every time I babysit them I always end up ill because when they come over one of them will be ill and I always catch it. Do you have this problem I know I have a lot of health problems but I do feel it is unfair to send a child that is not well to their grandparents just so they can go out. How do you feel.
