Unlike the US or other countries, animal welfare is not a big priority of the government in my country, plus the fact that it lacks support. There are many stray cats and dogs all over the Philippines, struggling on for their dear lives.
As an advocate of animal welfare, I hope and pray that more people support PAWS, help them to help the animals.
I don't know of if this is illegal, but it is for a good cause, My Lot please help on this. You can research for PAWS in the internet for their website. They have paypal account you can donate to. Yes I know, but my schedule as a graduating student won't allow me to have time for volunteering. Plus the fact that PAWS headquarters is located in the city, and I am in a nearby province. So for now, what I can do is to help remotely by donating and encouraging people to donate as well.
I swore to myself, after I graduate, I will finally have the chance to volunteer.
