Do you buy " already cut" fruits?

I heard that a 10 years old boy, had eaten pineapple about 15 days back, and fell sick, from the day he had eaten. Later when he had his health check done, doctor diagnosed that he had AIDS. Never knew the spread of AIDS is so powerful.
So, better cut your own fruits and be safe.

is it because of the fruits he ate? who was sliced by someone who have aids? that's creepy. It is so sad, just because of that he got AIDS. Yes, i do eat "already cut" fruits but, it is usually pineapples because it is hard to peel it off so i usually let the vendor cut/slice/peel it off for me. Well, I a bit alarm with this news...
okay from now on i will cut my fruit or let my family member do it for me.
