what can you do with avocado?

here in the US they use avocado for guacamole. in the philippines they use it for sweets. what else is there for avocados?

What I have done is peel it and then cut it up and put it in a salad. Its delious!
Some people just peel and eat it adding some salt I believe. I love it in salad and especially guacamole. Its also good for you because its a healthy fat.
