hey.. as we all know some countries vote people and people decide on whom to lead them and to govern them.. do you think that people are making good choices with regards to this?? i dont see improvements in other countries as well as in my own country the philippines.. people choose the more popular candidate as always and then always leads up to be non effective in office.. what do you think is a good criteria for having a good leader?? well in my case i think it would be credibility coz if you're not credible enough then who would follow you..

Oh, without getting too into it, someone who 1. follows their own rules and 2. one who actually works for the country, state, city that put them in office rather than expecting the voter to cater to their whimsey..enjoy!

True..Unfortunately they confuse leadership with dictatorship, preferring the latter because it demands they receive the support they should, instead, be giving to those they demand it of..the folks who put them in office to begin with..

The problem with us is that we vote for someone and expect that person to do all the work. That's the main problem with this country, people expect that when a candidate wins he/she will do all the things promised. How could that promised be fulfilled? get the people out of poverty in 3 to 6 years? that's impossible, even superman can't do it not unless everyone participates. In a democracy, people are suppose to give a person some responsibilities and the people will watch that person performs his/her job and if there's no improvement, then the people will vote another and evaluate that persons work again. But what is happening is the opposite, some look at the candidates as their knight in shining armor instead of their would be servants. This is how people should look at politicians, public servants. Not their knights in shining armor because by the time that politician's term ends, people are already disheartened for unfulfilled promised which is achieving alone is already impossible to start with. Cheers!

hahaha. very well said man.. "mabuhay ka" hahaha.. translation: ur good!.. hahaha.. well yeah.. people who are blinded by these promises are dumb enough to vote for those kinds of politicians.. but all their promises lead to stolen cash and anonymous bank accounts.. lol.. i guess people should vote for those who has the best interest for the country and not those who have a "long list of promises" but really has no effect and no change done for the country..
