Hi, i am regularly donating for charity. here in my city, near my apartment one school that run by one social work orgnisation. In this school children who does not have parents or any care taker take education.me and my three friends, every month donate 150 rs for it. I know this amount is very less but it definately help them. Also, at festival time like Diwali we gave then sweets and food and some cloths. I think most of us are engaged in some type of social work.

Well that is very good tanajimengawade! That is so nice of you to share your blessings to others.... It doesn't really matter how big or small is/ are your donations... What matter most is your heart of giving... Those small donations or gift will do and mean a lot to the needy. Keep it up! God will surely bless you!

well i do donations to the blind school and offer them food quite often. and my dad used to donate to don bosco orphanage organization. cause of this humanity , love and care we do survive . these are the same people like us. its not their fault regarding the situation they are in now. its upto us to lend our helping hands and make them believe this world is for them too..

No....I am not donating regularly..well not even once a year...I think the last time I donated was about 2 years back....it was actually an initiative by my company to which I contributed...Is there any online social organization which accepts such small amounts?...

Hiya, Tanajimengawade! I admire you and your friends for sharing what you have. Helping and working for the less fortunate is a remarkable experience one should never miss. It's a great opportunity for us to learn more about life and whenever we share our resources as well as our knowledge, we feel lighter and happier. I, for one, am sharing my skills and resources to those people who are in need. Such experience made me grow as a person and it makes my life worth living. Keep up the good work!

I do not have money to donate so I donate my time. All told, I donate about 30 hours per week.

We can also do more than just donating money. Time and energy to do community or charity works help too. In fact, these two aspects are more costly than just money. I am doing this in different ways and whenever an opportunity arises.

I donate to the Philippine Red Cross every month. I signed up for a program wherein they can automatically get a certain amount every month from my phone bill. It is not much but I think it is one of the best ways I can do to help the charity. I also participate in the community service activities that the company I work for set up like tree planting and blood donation activities. I really feel that there are always plenty of oppurtunities to help others and to engage in some type of social work.

Hi I am glad to know about your social awareness. As we all are passing through a civilized age,we must understand our social responsibility.Whatever we have enough i.e. money or time or energy or knowledge,we should share it with the people lacking of that.Of course i am also participating as per the situation.

I donate directly to the family of those who is living below their income & one family has 16 - 18 children its a pity to see them needed help but I just can't seem to understand that even if they are having a hard time to feed their children they still keep on getting pregnant & having a baby.

Though I don't donate individually,I'm in a total support for charity donation.I took part in the organized donation.I do hope to help those who are in need of care , like the sick, the orphan or the disabled. While I hate some people disguised as those who are in care need and cheating for money, that's why I don't like to donate ibdividually, I don't want to waste my money and care on those guys.

I usually don't donate money as we are just barely paying our bills ourselves. But I have started dontaing things to some local charities thrift shops, since no one will help me w/ a rummage that's what I do. Or there is a bin by the gas station to donate clothes & shoes they will send to 3rd world nations or recycle them as they see fit.

When I was making big money I would always give at least $40 instead of only giving out one dollar bills people are so tight with their money even when they have it think about do they really need that big plasma tv? or even that fancy cellphone that costs $300 and later they all whine that they can't pay their bills crazy huh?
