i quit with a way i never thought would work

in april i quit smoking, just like that stopped after about twenty years, didnt think i could do it. who do i thank well this may sound silly but i thank nintendo ds stop smoking game, serious its what i used .... any one have any other ways they thought wouldn't work but did ?

Really?! I don't have Nintendo and I did not know about this game... but I would try about anything to stop.

the game is my health coach, stop smoking with allen carr, it is based on a book by him titled the easy way to stop smoking, i think the game just gave my hands something to do .

Well many rehabiliation centers who have helped many to get rid of this habit and they change life.
