cauliflower cheese in mash

someone suggested i mix cauliflour cheese into my mash ...yes or no ? any one tried it? and if so is it nice do i make a mash slush (cauliflower cheese and mash soup does not appeal to me but willing to try it) or do put it on something as a topping? what do you all think?

Hi, mojosunset. I think that this would taste good. It is kind of like you are mixing broccoli and cheese together. I think that American Cheddar cheese taste really good with some mashed potatoes.
