turnkey website work?

Hey mylot members. I post this discussion because I want to know your personal experience on turnkey website. On the internet I am sure there are a lot of turnkey website. With all kind hypes going on, a lot of people claim they making a fortune from that particular turnkey website.
I am wondering with all the hype going on, how can we differentiate which are scam and which are not? Apart from that, can turnkey generate income? Are there any tips about choosing a turnkey website? I looking forward to know your experience if any about turnkey website.

In fact from my personal experience, I would say that such turnkey websites are rather scams. just imagine if those websites make a fortune, then why in the world is that person selling those turnkey websites? why not just make all that money himself running those turnkey websites and manage it by himself?
