Which is Cleaner, Hand Wash or Liquid Cleaner?

Trends in the use of hand cleanser (hand sanitizers) expanded. Many people who carry hand cleanser in her purse because it is more practical. Which is more wash your hands clean with soap and water or using cleaning fluid?
but I think hand washing is still better than just using the hand disinfectant. Use hand cleanser is recommended only if it is difficult to find the sink.

For me hand washing is better using soap and water, ofcorse it depends on the way you wash your hands but with the exceptions of the stroke of washing and the disinfecting property of the soap used still hand washing is preferred because it really thoroughly cleans, not only kills the germs like the sanitizer does but hand washing with water and soap also washes off the harmful bacteria away from your hands and prevents it from coming back.
