Google or Microsoft?

Don't you think the Value of Microsoft is getting down day by day?
Google is getting advanced and creating everything possible in different fields where as Microsoft the well know Company is sleeping thinking for someone to wake them up.
What could be the reason?Are they creating a big thing like a holographic computer,which will shock us?
