Does anyone else feel this way?

As of right now, people all around are getting ready for the Christmas holiday, but I really don't like this time of year. Everyone else is preparing for Christmas and all the festivities and I'm looking forward to spring and summer. I'm not talking about not liking Christmas itself, I'm just talking about late Fall and Winter. The weather here is so dreary and cold and it seems that my emotions are all over the place during times like this. I just want to be somewhere warm where the sun is shining and just skip this whole thing called winter. I feel awful because of the way I feel because I love the traditions of Christmas and getting together with family and friends and knowing the true meaning of Christmas, but this time of year can really be depressing sometimes. Is anyone else with me on this? If so, how do you deal with the depression? For me, it really helps when I'm around people because when I'm alone I have much more time to think about it all and it makes me more depressed (if that makes any sense).
