Really irresponsible parent...

I don't really want to be mean since this is about someone I know but I can't help thinking that this person has got to be one of the most irresponsible mothers out there. She has two boys but she doesn't take care of them. She leaves them with her mother while she goes out to party or whatever it is she does. She'd rather go out to the clubs with her friends then stay home and take care of her kids. She also doesn't have a job and refuses to go out and look for one. I think she's trying to live off the child support she gets from her ex or something like that. That and she's mooching off of her mother. I can't help but feel sorry for her mother. Everyone has been trying to get her to be more responsible but with no success. Nothing seems to work since she won't listen.
