Smoke breaks at work!

I'm just curious: How many of you go out for smoke breaks at work? How many of you get "official" smoke breaks, too? I ask mainly because at my main job (I have 2, but I'm talking about the primary one) - we don't get any official breaks. We are just supposed to take a "break" whenever we have time or when business slows down. It is almost nearly impossible, in the busy season, working by myself - to find time to smoke during my shift. People are constantly coming in and out - and I'll light up, and then see a car pull in, and then have to run back in the store and get back to work. Not to mention the frustrations of having a nic fit at work, but also wasting half-smoked (or less) cigarettes on the fact that we don't get "official" breaks like most jobs do. Am I crazy? Would this frustrate you? What are smoke breaks at your job like?
