Does the so-called Google autopilot programs work?

I get emails almost daily about some kind of Adsense auto-generator system that will make me tons of money. Most of these systems are targeted at Google Adsense program. With the economy as it is I was just wondering has anyone here in myLot try any of these programs/systems if so, I would appreicate it if you would share your experiences you have had with any of these Adsense generating progrms.
