I found a rumor on the internet that there was a "Dragonriders of Pern" movie in the pipe. I haven't been able to confirm this rumor, nor find out anything escept that the movie is supposed to be released in 2011 sometime. i've been hoping for many years that they'd make this movie, and do a good series of movies following the books, but I'm very much afraid they'll muck the whole thing up. However, being as it's actually reported to be made in england, maybe they'll get it right. god know Hollywierd would totally mess it up like they usually do.
