Can a short person "talk down" to a tallest person?

Hi umer, I don't get this at all I have to say. My man is very tall while I'm small and we manage eye to eye contact perfectly well, and we neither of us talk down to the other. It would be a strange place if small people could only talk with others of the same height easily.

I sure can, lol. I'm pretty short & kids are the only people nearly that are shorter than me. If i need to talk down to someone it doesn't make any difference to me how tall they are.I always heard the bigger they are the harder they fall.lol.

Or...the taller person can simply sit down to have a conversation with the shorter person. It's a lot easier for both parties involved, and incurs less risk of injury by falling off of a chair. That's what I'd do, in any case.

Yes... it is possible. Even though short people face a lot of prejudice because of these kind of issues, sometimes there are many ways that a short person can "talk down" to a taller person, though "talking down" isn't a very nice thing to do, you must admit For example, if the shorter person is someone's superior, like their boss or their director, you are allowed to be "talked down" to. You can also get "talked down" to if the shorter person is your grandmother, say, or your mother or father. Of course, there is also the stool trick that someone pointed out there... so yes, it is possible to talk down to a taller person. :)

well if a small person get some hieght of nething like a chair or a bench then definetly he can talkdown to tallest person.
