In the culture where I grew up, we always prepare the 12 round fruits before reaching the 12 midnight. We see to it, that we have completed it before dinner time. We try to place it on the center table with the other dish that we had prepared. The reason why preparing these 12 fruits, is due to some traits & beliefs. The 12 round fruits symbolizes money. That, if you have completed the 12 different round fruits, you will have a lot of money in the year to come. The quesion is, do you love to prepare the 12 round fruits this coming end of year 2009?
