So, if you have think that you are add some weight to your body, would you consider change your eating habit? Some friend said that eating veggie, and less, minimal amount of meat, might help to keep your body fit, and reduce your weight within a short period of time. Do you think it would help? I saw those Indian ladies, most of them are vegetarian, and they keep a great body shape. Don't you think eating veggie would be more helpful?

Not all Indian woman are vegetarians. I can assure you that there are many a Indian woman who has a great body who is also non vegetarian. Regarding changing your diet to vegetarian diet is not going to help keep your body fit.But you can avoid meat, beef and pork, which causes a lot of cholesterol to form in the body, and if cholesterol is not formed, you will not get a heart attack. The most important thing to keep your body fit is exercise. You do not have to do a lot of back breaking exercises, if you can just do a jogging of 45 minutes to one hour every day, You yourself will find the difference in just three months. Please note that you have to sweat, when you jog, that is most important.

yes.. "You Have to Sweat".. this is the right advice.. Many people just go on simply walking.. it will cause only little strain and is not so helpful.. You must have some brisk walking or jogging which makes you to sweat, this is an effective one and really helps to stay healthy..

Yes of course. Vegetables are good for the body and they can make you really healthy without eating those meat available in the market. Though it is hard at first, it will definitely do good to your body.

It actually does help keep your body in shape and once you go veggie you also stop eating animals which means more aninmals will live to see tommorow. But that is just my opinion, I am not a veggetarian because I cannot stand veggies and I lobe meat so it would be very hard to quit, it might be even near impossible.
