Dumb reasons for getting pulled over..What's yours?

I haven't been pulled over myself, but my best friend just did..But not for speeding, but for throwing a smoked CIGARETTE BUTT out of her car window. That's what she got pulled over for. Although I know litering is wrong, but I thought this was kind of a ridiculous excuse for pulling someone over. What's a dumb reason you've gotten pulled over for lately?

The officer was probably looking for an excuse. They'll happily pull you over for a stupid reason if their suspicious of something.

Wow. Did your friend get ticketed or just a warning? I mean I guess it is considered litering but EVERYONE throws their cig butts out the window. I know very few people who keep an ash tray in their car! I've only ever been pulled over for speeding. And I wasn't being "speed racer" I was once pulled over for going 50 down a hill in a zone that JUST turned 35.....dude didn't even give me a chance to break going down the hill! geesh!
