I've been working online for nearly two years but until now, I still couldn't get which web browser is the fastest among all. I've been switching from one browser to another. All of them seem to be fast just at the beginning. Any ideas what's best to use for a Windows XP?

Safari and Chrome are the two fastest and are good for normal use and if you want to check something real fast on the internet. I usually use Safari for Mylot and other sites and never have any problems with freezing or anything like that. But if you want safety and good compatibility with websites use Firefox and Internet Explorer but they are slower especially IE.

Hi! I have Windows XP like yourself and my computer is actually 8 years old and still going strong! I'm convinced that one of the reasons for this is that I use Firefox instead of Internet Explorer, which does seem to be quicker (for me at any rate). I also use a few "add-ons" that I find useful but I don't add them for the sake of it because that would slow the computer down I reckon...and some add-ons are similar to one another anyway. Whatever you choose I am sure you will make the right decision. Good luck!

The worlds fastest browser is safari but every browser has its advantages and disadvantages.I have used it and i didn't like using it .some think that Internet explorer is the best for accessing online banking and firefox would be ideal for normal day to day use and i prefer this for all my online accounts.gud day.
