Get Paid Programs and there progress in todays world

Hey Guys I know Alot of you are familer with Get Paid Programs on the web. Some of you may have even tried them and had little or no success with them or have gotten Payments from them and continue using them, my problem is seems is referrals. Ive joined some pretty good sites which Pay me but find it difficult to acquire people who are active. Does anyone else have this problem or are you doing well without the need of the referrals. These things I would like to know, in todays market get paid programs are still very much alive, and like mylot continue to pay there members, not a huge cash flow where you could pay your bills but a little extra for whatever you could want. Would anyone be interested in sharing referrals? For those who believe we can make a difference :)
