Why Worry???

We waste SO much time on worry and what may or may not happen, but why??? Can all the worry in the world add a single day to your life? Of course NOT! Worry is our enemy and its from our enemy. Worry is like demons whispering in your ear telling you what might come and how much it'll hurt you, not that far of a stretch! God tells us NOT to worry but to trust in him. When Jesus and his disciples were on the see of Galilee, Jesus fell asleep. When he had fallen asleep, a storm arose from nowhere(The see of Galilee was VERY deep and in between the mountains and powerful winds could come out of nowhere causing HUGE waves, like 50 ft or something...) They cried out to Jesus, "LORD, SAVE US!". Jesus awoke and said, "Why are you afraid? You have so little faith". We need to trust God in ALL things. In the same way his voice could calm the winds and waves so too can his touch calm our aching hearts. When we truly trust God we don't need to worry, does God not see all things? Did He not know us before we were born? He molded us with His own hands. God says to look at the birds in the sky, they don't worry about their next meal, but God feeds them. Do we not mean much more to God than the birds in the sky? We must learn that as long as we have God's Holy Spirit, we have the authority of His Spirit. And we need only to trust our God who loves us more than we will EVER know! FEAR NOT! God is with us :)

My life could be much better,but I am more than content. I tend to compare my life with those below me. For example,I didn't die at birth. I've never spent an entire day without food I've never been beaten with a club.
Like most of us I've had some despicable people take advantage of me.people take advantage of me.I've had lots of money stolen and lots of lies told to my face,but that comes with the territory of living in this world. And the older you get, the more opportunities other people have at "getting you."
but the key is to forgive,foget and be satisfied and content. so yeah no point in worrying.

Right on! And Jesus says, if we don't forgive others, our Father in Heaven won't forgive us, so we must let it go :) The reason we must forgive is because when we don't forgive we are destroying our common grounds as sinners in need of God's forgiveness.
