What's One Of The Most Unual Things You've Ever Seen In Public?

Some years ago I was sitting in my favourite cafe reading, when I heard a commotion on the other side of the shop. It sounded like someone was doing something, and the others were egging him on. Nothing threatening or confrontational, it was more humourous than anything else. I looked up from my magazine only to see someone on the floor doing push ups, right there in the middle of the coffee shop! LOL It was pretty funny. So what's something funny or unusual that you've seen in a public place?

The most unusual thing that I saw happened in New York. There was naked cowboy (not totally as he was wearing a boot hat and underwear/brief. It was freezing that time and all of us passing by are wearing a lot of clothes and winter jackets. He seemed to be doing okay though.

I remember driving to school one day, this was high school. And if you didn't hit this green light right before the bridge you would sit for 5 minutes. One day we didn't make and just sat there waiting for it to turn green. All of a sudden this naked guy goes walking by, hands cupped over his man parts, but he's just walking like its a stroll in the park. We are all stopped so we have to watch his hairy butt cross the street and then the light turns green. Nobody honked at each other because we were too busy laughing. That's the most unusual thing I've ever seen.

We have these urchins doing trapeze acts on the road and there was this 5 year old walking on a rope with perfect balance while her pet monkey looked on. She collected quite a penny that day!

One day I took my children to a park. There children were swinging in the swings and parents were standing in the sides. Suddenly one child got down from the swing and happily her mother sat in the swing and started swinging. Those swings are meant for children only and I wonder how this lady sat in that swing. The security objected for that and she got down. All of us, though felt bad for that, started laughing.

I was sitting in my car waiting for someone shopping and some drunk staggered out of the nearby bar and took a long wizz next to (but not ON) my car. I would've said something if he'd been doing it on my car, as it was I sunk down low so he wouldn't see me and I wouldn't see him!

I've seen so many and the one that comes to mind is when I was in New York City and on two different occasions saw little boys urinating at the curb like it was the correct thing to do. The first was a little one waiting outside a store, much like I was doing waiting while my daughter shopped inside, and he just pulled it out and peed right there against the base of the payphone. No on else seemed to think it was unusual.......just me. The other, as fancy car pulled to the curb and a middle aged man got out and let a small boy out to urninate against the curb. They got back into the car and off they went.

hi danishcanadian I used to work in the Tustin library and came in one day to step over the prone body of a woman dressed in shorts and top who was she said stretching her spine in some sort of yoga position but she was occupying most of the space the patrons needed to wash their hands. she was really unhappy when I told her she had to go do that someplace else. so she went to the childrens book shelves and layed down between them. i sent the branch manager to talk to the lady.

Don't know why this comes to mind, but here it is.... On my honeymoon in Pisa, Italy, there was a punk rock guy with a red and yellow mohawk and a bunch of people were chasing him down the street clucking like a rooster. Hope he got away unharmed, it was pretty mean...

I saw someone in a mall who sang loudly as he walked. It turns out he was taking a song that he hears from the cellphone by using ear phones. With the ear phones in ear pressed him, he certainly did not realize, that he had issued such a loud voice.

g-string - g-string is a traditional costume for Igorots in the Philippines mountainous regions
hi danish^^;; hahaha doing push up in the coffee shop? maybe he thought that as a gym LoL anyway, the thing i saw happened just today afternoon while i was walking on the road on my way home. my city is a place of indigenous people like those of indians in america and we also have our costume called g-string(shown on the picture below). this is only worn on special occassion or traditional events...however, i saw a White man(westerner) wearing this costume on the road while waiting for taxi along with a woman, maybe his wife. it's so strange for us to see such foreigner wearing that traditional clothes/string in public without any special event
