Yes..When I was small, I wish every is Christmas..the gifts and all the stuff and I received..And Everybody is happy... How I wish that they will come again..A whole family... Since our father died..Its just not same as before.. Christmas is just another holiday that fall on December 24

Christmas is always merry because of the reason for the season. We celebrate christmas because Christ came to the world to die for our sins. Things may be bad and there may be nothing to be happy about but with God there is hope.

Congrats.. yes It will be a Merry Christmas to all of us.. But now..Christmas spirit only comes on December 24, When I was small we do our own decoration and buying spree when the ber months start..So as early as September we do start shopping for gifts and decors..Because at that time the price is not yet high.. Now We only start decorating in the first week of December..And we don't buy any decor anymore..we just used what we have last year. Its still a merry christmas but not like the christmas that I have before..

Christmas fall on December 25 each year. And even though the economy is bad I still will have a merry Christmas. We will not get as many gifts but the best gift is being with your family and celebrating the birthday of Jesus. And then gathering to eat the meal and pies and enjoying the gifts that we do get.

Hi, Bulastika! I have not done with my Christmas shopping yet. I did manage to buy a few gifts on last Thursday and will going out for shopping again next week. Hopefully, by then I will complete my mission. I just wish that everything would go on as planned and everyone is in good health, safe and sound during this season and we will be having a merrier Christmas. I have heard that song before. I am sorry about your father, but I hope your Christmas day won't be too sad, but fill with prayers knowing that he will always be in your heart and reminiscing the good old days when he was still around. Cheers!

yeah..its nice that your not done shopping yet..At least you have time to think what you want to buy more..Me I just bought everything in one setting and only realize I buy a wrong gift, or their is a gift which is cheaper and nicer than the one I bought. So I end up buying that gift and think what will I do to the gift that I bought earlier..

hi bulastika, Oh that song was from "Bee Gees"? am I right? lolz... Anyway, I do think that my Christmas is still merry, although a lot of things have changed. Not like when I was still a little girl and problem seems not existed, Christmas day is the most happiest holiday I know. Gifts such as toys made me so happy and I thought having lots of them are very important. But as I grew older and have experienced a lot of things in this world such as trials, hardships etc... our happiness in life changed. Our ideas and feeling towards x'mas day is not the same as it was before. It sometimes become a regular day and there is no special thing about it. But then, there are times that we are so happy celebrating this occasion. But I think the most important thing of having x'mas in our lives is the spirit of love and that Jesus was here on Earth and he is always been in here for us. Right now, though there are so many trials that I have encountered this year, I thank Him for I was able to cope those hardships, a sign that He's always been here to guide me. Happy Lotting!

Hmmmm..., Don't mind, but my christmas is not merry, becoz of increase of dearness in this year, and no salary hike because of recession. I love to celebrate every festival since my childhood. This year I don't celebrate Diwali properly. No more purchasing for this year. But I want to go somewhere out of town. Because I have not gone anywhere in this year for fun.

My Christmas is pretty merry, but I do have my worries. My Grandmother signed a "DNR" slip on Thursday, and I am sure that you all know what this is. It means that if she is getting ready to pass on, she does not want CPR. Now, a lot of people in my family have done this before as well because we know that when you are that bad, you are pretty much gone, that is how it is, but it is a grim reality of things to come. Seeing how my grandmother has been lately, it is very scary.

That song is "First of May" by Beegees My Christmas has been not merry ever since my family fell apart because my parents broke up. They are back together now though but still it's not the same as before. Now I'm trying to build my Christmas and offer it to selected people that I want to share it with because this is the only way for my Christmas to be merry again. Merry Christmas "Kababayan"!

It is that time of year again yes. And so far its been a bit stressful. but then again around this time of year there is a lot going on. With George's job hanging by a thread, the tension mounts to where its overwelming to say the least. I try my best, but still despite all that it does get rough. However, I am making the best of it and happy with the holiday season. To me it seemed to come up rather quickly.

As a child, I used to love Christmas. I would spend 2months before christmas writing letters to santa, decorating the christmas tree and what not. But now, as time goes buy my excitement and enthusiasm for Christmas has quickly flown away. For example, today is the 5th december and i can't feel anything, I don't really know why. Last christmas passed just as though it was a normal holiday. So my answer to your question is: It used to be but is not anymore because I'm growing older and losing my spirit of childhood.

Not just a simply holiday christmas..I also remember how I wish and I always wonder how did santa know what I want for christmas. I hope this time santa will give me a gift to.
