Is the Philippines on the brink of being tagged as the most corrupt country? Would it be the government's fault or the citizen themselves? Can the Filipino people still hope for the best and brightest for the upcoming 2010? Would the next leader bring justice to a developed Philippines?

Yes, sad to say but the Philippines is a corrupt country. And the politicians behind it got away with the graft and corruption for several decades now. It's a sad fact. But Filipinos are still hoping for the best this coming elections and waiting in vain for a President who has a clean record and respectable image. It seems as if the last two Presidents are the most disrespected ones to ever rule the country.

I think to say that the whole country is corrupt does not sounds good. Actually the country and its innocent citizens here are the victims. The culprit are the traditional politicians who doesnt know what is the real essence of public service. They thought first about their personal interest than the citizens welfare. To hell with them!
