Has my brain reached its limit?

Helo guys im a collage student, i graduated from high school a few years back and now im struggling to get myself threw collage. I dont know whether my brain has reached its limit or wat, because i've noticed that the older i get is the harder it gets for me to study, i just dont understand and dropping out of collage is not an option really, but its no use if all i do is keep failing and i have so much free time on my hands,just cant program myself to study, can anyone help id be really greatful
