What is better to set on your ipod or itunes or any music player?

Is it better to set your music player to shuffle or repeat one? What do you like to set yours on? I prefer shuffle because it surprises you with what comes on next. Some prefer repeat one where they keep listening to the same song over and over... which gets annoying.

I keep all my music in itune perfectly organized and most of the songs are rated and then I just listen to the Top Rated Playlist some times I let it go in order of Artist name sometimes I suffle my favorites.

I dont do either I let it play in the order they are in. Its so much easier and then I know whats next. I like to know whats coming next, I am not overkeen on surprises!
