SifY is the worst internet service provider in INDIA

Nowadays various telecom companies have come up with great offers. I'd sugest you try out airtel broadband, its amazingly fast. Also reliance broadband is excellent. And if you want slightly cheaper plans you can always go for uncompromised service offered by MTNL/BSNL.

dude.sify is like way behind.im surprised to be hearing that there are still sify users now.its one of the most dreadful,slowest and worse connection.im using a BSNL connection and its very good as well.i suggest you take the the new 500+ plan.phone rent+broadband=500 rs only with free usage from 2 to 8.

I have tried BSNL and Sify connections. Sify was provided by our cable operator. The connection was horrible and very costly. I do not understand why they want to keep a company like that. It is not like they have a big customer base or anything. Bsnl is far better. The cost is very low. But, there are some areas where they have problems. Like I had a lot of problem with them. My line would get disconnected in 10-15 minutes. But my friend lived 5 minutes away from my house and his BSNL worked fine. After fighting for 1 whole year I have got a steady connection. I had to meet the DE of our zone and shouted at him a little. But that very day my problem got solved. It has been like a month since then and it is working fine. TATA and AIRTEL provide good service as far as I know, but they are very costly.

yes, I was using it 3 yrs back. Worst.. The guy who maintaining this in our area is very lazy and do not respond to call if there is any problem. I paid for two month and I dint use it for one month because of some networking issues and this guy never turned up.
