after giving birth to my son i gain a lot of weight since im a fultime mom..and now im having problems w/ my clothes for it doesnt fit with me anymore,im losing self confidense for i think im ugly for im fat..can anybody help me if anyone knows a diet pills that is effective,safe and affordable please tell me what it is for i really wanted to lose weight.diet doubled my weight coz i cant maintain it..so its out..

I did the weight watchers diet were you get a certain amount of points every day according to your size and activity. I lost over 30 pounds on it and to me it was easy. You can eat every food that you like as long as you don't go over your points for the day. Example: Bread 2, cheese 2points,a slice of pizza 7or8points depending on the toppings. I started with 27 points a day, you can check the weight watchers on line I think.

It depends on how tall you are and how much you weigh and how active you are. There should be a site you can check it out at. Maybe "Weight Watchers.com"

you can loose weight and get back into shape but every time you have a child things may not spring back the way they initially were. probably the most problematic area is your stomach and if the stomach is flabby and has a lot of flab then yes your self esteem could dwindle down considerably... ask yourself a question how many kids are you going to have? is it going to be a year or two of each other because if they are you'll be right back to square one starting all over again trying to loose those excess pounds. i see tv shows on how a lot of celebrity moms get back into shape after having a child but not everyone can afford a personal trainer. my my advice to you would be to stay away from diet pills you can not take these forever i do not know what kind of shape you were in before you had your babby usually, a lot of women do not have any problem getting the excess weight off but for others it can be quite difficult what you should do and you have to motivate yourself is to start walking everyday for 30 to 45 minutes also do sit ups start off doing 40 to 50 and build your self up this of course will tighten your abdomen and another is you can lay down and raise you feet just six inches only for a few seconds and then release and keep repeating this procedure if your clothes don't fit just right now they will eventually a lot of women who have given birth sometimes goes through a depression stage and they feel ugly but this is normal and you soon will bounce back it takes some people a little longer. i guess you know that drinking an 8 oz. glass of water before each meal can decrease your appetite considerably. you can always go to marie osmond she was really out of whack...but now she looks as thought her program has worked a miracle for a lot of women.

Hai, I am facing the same problem, like you. My husband always kidding me. I feel so much of guilty. I am also trying to loss my weight. But, how can, I dont know any thing. But, i have strong will to reduce my weight. Dear friend, dont upset. U can absolutely loss your weight. Dont loose your self confidence.

EXERCISE + DIET = WEIGHT LOSS. Try alternating 30-40 min treadmil and Hip Hop abs or boxing...like for example you do cardio exercises on treadmil today then tomorrow you do dancing with hiphob abs videos. Plus on your diet try CALORIE COUNTING...It worked for me, I lost like 8-10 lbs in 2 months. One more thing, try cutting down on salty and sweet foods...eat salads and sandwiches instead. The only diet products I may know effective is Orlistat and L-carnitine. Goodluck to your losing weight. Happy Mylotting
