Be happy any reason

I am so different because i have few ways to be happy as being.When my moods falls down i used to eat icecream even also now.You know it's my childhood habit still i am using it to be happy because ice-cream change my mood always making me happy ,yes it looks different but making me happy.

When things don't go well at work or at home, one gets frustrated and stressed. I have to find a way to get rid of those worries. One way I have found very helpful in getting rid of the stresses is "Yoga Meditation". I have been practising meditation almost every evening after I get back home from work. It is wonderful ! I feel very refreshed and relaxed. Meditation is very helpful for physical as well as mental health.

hi sonalvs, You have a divert attention syndrome, but that is good in effect, people like you who use other bad sides and moods turned into a good and positive side, is one of a good example on how to resolve life conflicts in every situation. I can say that as what you have imparted, that a Person Happiness cannot be measured and unlimited.. Person who feels happy are those who do not make their life complicated when there is a simpler solution in any problem..
