I don't really think it will be the end of the world. I do think there may be happenings of significance. I don't know exactly what that may be...lol There has always been speculation that this and that point to certain dates of the world ending... almost anything can be manipulated by our minds if we try hard enough. Who knows what the ancients really meant when they wrote things..it's all subject to modern interpretation. Well I believe that people thought differently in the past and maybe we have gotten it all wrong...all these codes and hidden dates and such..or perhaps we are right on target.... I'm not going to worry about it as that won't get me anyplace other than where I am going anyway. If the world ends, well then I say goodbye. If the world goes on, then so will I. I guess it really won't matter after all in the end now will it....??? I do like to watch all the shows about it...Nostradamus Effect is pretty interesting at times. Have you ever watched it? I don't bother with the biblical references since they have been over interpreted in my opinion...but it is an interesting read. Nope. 1984 - California was suppose to have an earthquake causing it to separate and half the state fall into the Pacific Ocean, 2000 - The world was going to stop functioning because technology was not programmed to handle 00. Now, once again, the world is suppose to come to and end because an ancient calendar runs out of information? Run Chicken Little! The sky is falling!! Anceint writings of predictions are all interpretations because of the language it was originally written in is foreign or no longer in use. Manipulation of the masses. The end of the world or the end of the world as we know it? As far as I can tell, it is the end of the Mayan Calendar. Nothing more and nothing less. Are we to believe that we cannot figure out a calendat system that will continue in time? With all the scientific studies and capabilities, no one has figured this out?

No, I believe it is just to scare people. I was afraid when it turned 2000. I think there is way to much importance on it. Just my opinion.

I'll let you know the answer in 2013 I think it's all a bunch of BS and I have no plans to worry about 2012 and I don't see why anyone else would. Live each day as if it is your last because you never know when your time is up

No. I don't think it would be the end of the world (I hope so?). Because as far as I remember, when I was a kid, there are lot of predictions about the coming of the year 2000 like its the end of the world or some things gonna happen but nothing happened? Our planet is still alive and where also alive. But I'm kinda scared when I watched something about the "Bible code" in the television and the writing there were real? like the bombing of the twin towers? Its written there! Almost all the writings there happened so it really surprised me and it made me frightened but still, in the year 2012, only God knows. Though experts told that it would be the end of the world, I still don't believe because their predictions are so unbelievable. Only God knows when will be the end of the world. :)

nope. people are just scaring themselves believing that the end happens in just an instant. What I believe is that the end has been happening for several years already. We just do not realize it.
