Helo friends , can anyone help me please ?, i have been trying to astral project for so long i even quit trying , i tried but i just can't seem to get it right. Has anyone been able 2 astal project? and how did you do it ? I read about people that have had near death experiences that actually have been able to astral project , i know there are certain herb that can induce astral projection but thing is i know nothing about herb , astal projecting is beautiful i want to achieve it so bad , i have only been able to lucid dream thus far and i dont how it happend . Can anyone help
