Cruciferous Vegetables!!!!

They are called cruciferous, because of their cross shaped flower petals, some of the cruiferous vegetables which I know are Cabbages, Braccoli, Brussel sprouts, Turnips, Radishes and cauliflower. Do you know any other cruciferous vegetables. They posses potent anti-cancer properties and very rich in vitamin C and soluble fibres and contain multiple nutrients. Have you heard of these wonderful vegetables.

we have a lot of those vegetables here in our country, we are fond of eating those vegetables.

Yummy, I love vegetables!
After becoming Vegetarian I drink vegetable juice, eat vegetables like a snack...when we eat meat things are not so tasteful as they are when we really enjoy food by eating vegetables and not living beings.
And I feel more lighter, I think I was heavier before, and the weight didn't change, but the sensation.
