I can't use the "right click" in my browser!! HELP!

I usually put tabs in just one window. Whenever I open multiple links, I do so in tabs. But to my dismay, something seems to be wrong today! I cannot use the right click!!!! At first I thought the right click was broken, but when I tried using it on the desktop, it was working. But when I'm browsing and opening multiple it doesn't work at all. This is soooo frustrating!! Can anybody help me???
